We outline some of the secret codes programmed into iPhones that can help you access information and functions you may not have know about. For instance, did you know that you can actually find out where your text messages go when you send them into the void? Or that you can actually block your caller ID so you can make anonymous calls to people you don't want to realize its you? These specific codes can help with those things and more. so if you're in need of things like signal strength, anonymity, or just need to block the hell out of someone.Check these out..

Block Caller ID

Punch in #31# and your phone number, and whoever you call won't be able to see that you're the person calling.

Get  your phone's unique IMEI
Every phone has its own identifying number, just like your car's VIN.You can find the number in your phone's settings. or you can just input #60# to ring it right up on your screen.

Find out where texts go
Text messages don't go directly from your phone to the recipient's phone. They're routed wirelessly to a message center by a particular phone number. You can see your carrier's secret number by punching in *#5005*7672# and then hitting the "call" button.

Get a more precise signal strength

it's a longer code requiring a bit more effort.but it gives you a solid number for your signal strength.Dial *3001#12345#* to bring up a list of options.Ignore the options and and hold down the power button. When the power screen pops up,press the home button until the home screen reappears. In the top left.you'll have a number instead of bars or circles.Between -40 and -80 is a strong signal, below that is a bad signal. and if you're down around -140, you have no signal.
Call Barring
With call barring, you can block both incoming and outgoing calls. You have to pay for the service, but if you do, you can enable call barring by entering *33*PIN# or disable it by entering #33*PIN#

Call Waiting
Again, you have to pay for the service, but you can turn call waiting on and off.Dial *#43# and "call" to inf out the status of your call waiting. To turn it on, dial *43# and "call", and to turn it off. dial #43# and "call"

Call Forwarding
Check to see if you're forwarding calls, and where you're forwarding them to, by entering *#21#
